The book discusses Dr Nichols beliefs on the causes and cures for Cancer and is a pitch book for his sanitarium in Savannah, Missouri. It has many pictures of the staff and testimonials form "cured" patients. It discusses the costs associated with treatment. These charges were broken down into the hospital charge which was either $10.00 or $12.00 per week and the treatment fee which was estimated to be from $25.00 to $300.00 There is also a reference of the names and addresses of all the "cured" patients.
