This book measures 7 3/4" x 5 15/16" and has 62 pages. The text body is set in Cheltenham with most editions printed on Roycroft watermarked paper. The regular edition is bound in paper over boards. The cover design is by Dard Hunter and printed in seven colors. The book was also bound in 3/4 leather variant  binding which is not listed in McKenna's Bibliography. The title page in all editions was also designed by Dard Hunter. This variant with a suede spine depicted above is not listed in McKenna.
