This book measures 5 3/4" x 4 3/8" and has 33 pages and is also not in McKenna. It was printed in two colors on machine made paper and is bound in stamped leather. This book came to me all the way from New Zealand a few years ago. This book's interior layout and capitals are also different from the other 1914 Message to Garcia I have up which is also not in McKenna
